Wadner Attilus

I am Wadner, a 27-year-old real estate agent in South Florida. I specialized in residential real estate within the State. Basically, I help people find houses or apartment condominiums to buy or rent. I also help people sell houses and advise them on how to invest in housing and real estate business. I have a degree in Criminal Justice and Technology. Although my education background does not relate with what I am currently doing, my interest has always been in business and that is why I shifted to Real Estate business. Therefore, I am committed in my work and I am doing it as a passion and not just as a business. I have been practicing this business for three years now and I have helped many residents in South Florida find houses of their dreams. For the last three years, I have served tens of clients and I am known as one of the leading real estate agents at CanvasRE. My work has been impressive over the last three years which has been attributed with my strong connection with the communities in South Florida. I was born in Haiti, raised, and schooled in South Florida; hence, I understand better the housing needs of people in South Florida. Although my education background is not related with what I am currently doing, it has been instrumental in this business. My education background on criminal justice has helped me to ensure that I find houses that are safe and those that have complied with building regulations and codes. I also ensure that I provide my clients with hoses located at safe places after conducting thorough analysis. Further, my knowledge on technology has enhanced my marketing strategies and how I communicate with my clients. I am available in all social media platforms where I can interact and deal with clients more effectively. I am guided with the principles of honesty, integrity, transparency and respect. These principles have helped me to win trust and respect from my clients.
