Investor Referral Program – Investors are our lifeline. We will pay you the agent a 1 percent fee for every property purchased from us by an investor that you refer. You refer the investor once, your investor buys 3 properties, you receive 3 referral fees

Short Sale Program – Canvas will coordinate all the necessary documentation and communication with the mortgage company, as well as coordinate the closing for a 1 percent fee. We do all the work, and you make all the money. We can assist whether your client is the seller or the buyer

Credit Repair Program – Canvas will coordinate your client’s credit repair in exchange for a 1 percent fee upon clients purchase of a property

Workout Program – If your client wants to stay in their home, Canvas can help. We will coordinate the loan modification and/or forbearance plan with your client for a flat fee of $500. We pay referral fees to agents for clients that we accept

Property Management Program – Many of your investor clients are looking for a cost effective property management solution and you are not set up to manage properties. Canvas offers a competitive referral fee program for property management clients
